I'm coming down from an absolutely packed weekend in Louisville, KY at the Midwest SPE conference. I know what you're thinking.... Kentucky is in the Midwest? Apparently so. Good thing, because it was honestly one of the best conferences I've attended in years! I saw some intriguing work, fantastic talks, and had great conversations with both new and old friends. Lori Nix was hilarious, both in her talk and in person. Highlight of the weekend, by a long shot.
