Although it seems there aren't enough hours in a day lately, I was able to squeeze in a short kayak trip along the Chippewa River today. It was beautiful and relaxing.
After dropping off work in Grand Rapids yesterday, I'm excited for ArtPrize to begin. I will likely check it out myself on Friday the 28th or Saturday the 29th. If you end up there you can see my work at the Grand Rapids Community College Spectrum Theater on the GRCC campus. The Grand Rapids Art Museum, the Grand Rapids Public Museum, the UICA, and SiTE:LAB 54 Jefferson are all must see venues. Unless you live in Grand Rapids already or have a friend in the area, I would research parking ahead of time. The ArtPrize website has all of the important details.
