Selective Memory 170


As mentioned already, I attended the Midwest SPE conference last weekend. I'd like to share a couple of highlights with you. Bradley Peters gave a rather emotionally vulnerable talk that was as much
about life as it was about photography. Gregory Davis shared a fascinating project exploring information access and outdated media (which included an iPod shuffle that he modified to play 8 track tapes). Andy Adams gave an entertaining and persuasive talk about using the internet and social media to promote photography. I was certainly familiar with Andy through FlakPhoto, but was truly
impressed by what a fantastic speaker he was! Please check out these folks out if you aren't already familiar with them.
